Too many people we need more houses,

Too many people we need cheap houses,
built over magic brown land in the middle of inner cities,
where there are already rubbish houses, but new houses,
and cheap, and not ugly tower blocks,
nice houses with gardens, and parking, and cheap
and lived in by nice prosperous people
and near fields and near forests,
but not built over fields and not built over forests,
built over magic brown land,
and cheap,
or free.
Why are there no houses like that near me
when there are too many people
and we need more houses?
How can this be?
