About this event
A two hour performance of poetry, piano and songs by Mark Sheeky and Deborah Edgeley. This was our Mark and Deborah's first joint music and poetry performance and inspired the formation of Fall in Green.
Revelations included poetry from Deborah Edgeley's poetry book, Testing The Delicates, and piano music and songs from Mark Sheeky's Cycles & Shadows album in an event that mixed and interleaved poems and music from all three works. The painting Revelation: A Glimpse Of Your True Insignificance In The Universe was also shown in this two-hour event as part of Acton Arts Festival, which included a full piano recital of the Cycles series, the first since its premiere performance at Chester Cathedral, and the majority of the Shadows song series. A large proportion of Testing The Delicates was performed with musical accompaniment. |
