Kyrie Eleison
The hour is upon us:
Our Father who art in heaven
Hallowed be thy name
Thy kingdom come
Thy will be done
On earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our trespasses...
In the beginning there was darkness and chaos, and a breath came upon the chaos and created motion, and the motion was flat and of a straight line like a feather drawn across the plate surface of a lake of dark water. The line was order and at its periphery grew curls which twisted in upon themselves, devouring the chaos and giving it form; and the form knew of itself and became god and the line became the spirit of god. And god knew the darkness upon the face of the deep and the spirit of god knew the light of the line. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said: "Let there be light!"
Kyrie eleison!
Christe eleison!
Deus pater omnipotens eleison!
