About this painting
This was painted for an exhibition about computer game culture.
The space invader is perhaps the most iconic of computer game images. By creating a background that reflects the emotion and the idea of the entire subject, the simple image of a crying space invader is taken a step further. |

Technical details
The background landscape and sky was painted roughly and improvised. The rain was painted stroke by stroke later, as was the invader.
