Seeking Peace

Seeking peace,
the sandy alcoves of a beach.
The hills, and wooded retreat
of crystal stream or mountain street.

Seeking rest,
and the calm touch of nothingness.
The release of unimportant thoughts,
and the drift to distant warmer shores.
