About this painting
A comment about Artificial Intelligence in art. It is often said about Vermeer that he used a camera obscura or other lens or reflector to paint his works, with the apparent distortion in 'Soldier and a Laughing Girl' taken as evidence of this. I thought that this painting would be an ideal symbol of the relationship between art and technology.
