A painting about Rolf Harris, a television painter and entertainer who, at the time of the painting, had been jailed for sexual offences.

Technical details
A frame that held the picture floating was needed. The cheap canvas is bordered by a wooden ring, carved and cut raw, and held in place with nails with rusted with hydrogen peroxide.
