Be frugal with your blue,
and mean with your green.
Be tight as a drum
with your bright crimson
and everything in between.

Don't say hello to your yellow,
be as stingy as a saint.
You can take it from me
that the trick is to be
parsimonious with your paint (oh yes),
parsimonious with your paint.
