Too Old To Die

Is is better to die at six or five,
or better to die at four?
Is it better to die before you're born,
or alone asleep on a Sunday morn?
But when the wick of life is short,
and evil swings his scythe,
is six years old too old to die?
Would I feel less pain at five?
