Is this the best day I could have?
I this the most love I can give?
I this the most work I can do?
I this the best use of my time?

Is this the best way
I could spend every hour,
considering all I could do,
and could not?

Is this the best use
of the air that I breathe?
The food that I eat?
The things that I've got?

I'm trapped in a box,
and all I can do
is write the few words you can see.
Is this the best use of the time that I have?
Is this the best day there can be?
