The Invisible Woman 2

Here I swim in frozen sea,
without my children to see me.
My body says it's not too late,
and all I have to do is wait,
and stay afloat, my head above
the viscous waves of lack of love.

The sun is fresh, that distant point
of light I see in winter's sky.
My friends can't help, and can't know why
my cold grey hands drag each day by.
I'm drowning in a frozen sea.
without my child to rescue me.
