Escape Inside

I can fly.
I can swim.
I can run.
I can breathe.

I can push.
I can pull.
I can focus
and envision.

I can reach.
I can grow.
I can love
and abandon.

I can explore
and understand
this crystal lattice land
of wide sky
and sharp steel lucid perfection.

I can escape in my mind
and in my mastery be free
as I fly.
